Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Sales Executive, Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the North Asia market
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in Sales with a proven track record in technology vendors
- Experience in the ITSM and/or CSM market with familiarity in service management solutions
- Experience working with North Asia customers and local SI partners
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus
- Certification in ITIL is a plus but not mandatory
