Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Sales Executive - Service Management (Enterprise).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management in the SEA market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Required Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in Sales with a proven track record in technology vendors
  • Experience in the ITSM market and familiarity with mainstream service management solutions
  • Experience working with SEA customers and local SI partners
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus
  • ITIL certification is a plus but not mandatory
