Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Sales Executive - Service Management (Enterprise).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management in the SEA market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in Sales with a proven track record in technology vendors
- Experience in the ITSM market and familiarity with mainstream service management solutions
- Experience working with SEA customers and local SI partners
- Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus
- ITIL certification is a plus but not mandatory
