Job Summary
Serving as a subject matter expert in IT Service Management, the remote Solution Sales Executive will drive new sales initiatives, collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies, and engage with customers to propose tailored Atlassian solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a knowledge leader in ITSM industry trends to inform sales strategies and positioning of Jira Service Management
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions, focusing on value-based interactions
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of ITSM selling experience in enterprise and mid-market level accounts
- Extensive experience in solution sales, particularly in ITSM and ESM
- Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and technical audiences
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
