Job Summary
Developing and executing a sales strategy for Jira Service Management in the SEA market, the full-time remote Solution Sales Executive will drive revenue growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the product at industry events.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a clear vision for the territory, regularly communicating on status and resource requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Required qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in Sales with a proven track record in technology vendors
- Experience in the ITSM market and familiarity with mainstream service management solutions
- Experience working with Korean customers and local SI partners
- Fluency in English is required
- ITIL certification is a plus but not mandatory
