Job Summary

Developing and executing a sales strategy for Jira Service Management in the SEA market, the full-time remote Solution Sales Executive will drive revenue growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the product at industry events.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and implement a clear vision for the territory, regularly communicating on status and resource requirements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Required qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in Sales with a proven track record in technology vendors
  • Experience in the ITSM market and familiarity with mainstream service management solutions
  • Experience working with Korean customers and local SI partners
  • Fluency in English is required
  • ITIL certification is a plus but not mandatory
