Job Summary
To drive revenue growth in the Greater China and Southeast Asia markets, the full-time remote Solution Sales Executive will develop and execute sales strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the company at industry events.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for the Atlassian Service Collection
- Communicate regularly on territory status, resource needs, and sales forecasts to senior management
- Engage with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention while driving co-sell and go-to-market campaigns
Required qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience with a proven track record in technology vendors
- Experience in the ITSM market and familiarity with mainstream service management solutions
- Proven ability to engage with customers and partners in Southeast Asia and Greater China
- Fluency in Mandarin to interact with regional partners
- ITIL certification is a plus but not mandatory
