Job Summary
To drive the adoption of IT Service Management solutions in the Mid Market LATAM region, the full-time Solution Sales Executive will define and implement a strategic vision for their territory, collaborate with various teams, and partner with key stakeholders to optimize customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear vision and plan for territory management, including funnel and account status
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to educate prospects on ITSM benefits and ensure successful service transformations
- Utilize leading tools and technology to engage effectively with customers both virtually and on-site
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in software field sales focused on IT Service Management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in ITSM sales and experience in multi-channel, multi-product environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to position and sell value and calculate ROI
- Excellent executive communication skills and a coachable attitude
