Job Summary

To support the Onboarding & Success Services department, the full-time remote Solution Specialist will drive early adoption of products, execute customer engagement programs, and deliver best practice guidance to enhance customer workflows.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively engage customers to achieve value realization and sustained product adoption
  • Execute outreach campaigns, workshops, and office hours to support adoption programs
  • Monitor product usage and intervene to improve customer outcomes based on feedback
Required qualifications
  • 2-5+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Product Adoption within SaaS environments
  • Experience with product-led growth and digital adoption tools
  • Proven ability to drive customer engagement and behavior change
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring impact and improving outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a proactive manner
