Solution Strategist, Collection Automation

Job Summary

Bringing a strong blend of healthcare product strategy and patient access expertise, the full-time Solution Strategist, Collection Automation will define the vision and strategy for collection automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and communicate solution strategy, roadmaps, and priorities across key stakeholders
• Conduct market research and client discovery to identify current and future solution needs
• Translate healthcare workflow challenges into clear business requirements and functional priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years of healthcare software consulting, product strategy, or solution functionality experience
• Experience with patient access workflows in a physician practice or acute care setting
• 2+ years of software-related project experience
• Experience writing and applying requirements, user stories, or functional specifications
