Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help strategic customers realize value, renew contracts, and become references
  • Identify churn risks and develop mitigation strategies while seeking upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as account owner to ensure renewal and expansion, maximizing product adoption and managing escalations
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in leadership roles in IT for a Fortune 1000 company or in a strategic customer-facing role for an enterprise IT software company
  • Proven ability to maintain and grow strong customer relationships
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating communication between technical and commercial teams
  • People management experience and successful project management experience with budget ownership
  • Understanding of software and SaaS licensing models; experience with CRM and CS software is a plus
