Solution Train Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of a mission-critical Department of Veterans Affairs cloud platform, the full-time remote Solution Train Engineer will drive PI Planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, and program execution while facilitating Agile Release Train ceremonies and managing project artifacts.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates all SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Daily Scrum operations
• Supports the development and maintenance of the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP) and weekly progress reports
• Coordinates across multi-disciplinary teams to align sprint commitments and program objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business administration, engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in project management and Agile delivery
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification preferred
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tools for backlog management and program reporting
• Active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance or eligibility for clearance
