Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Advisor II to assist organizations in addressing complex business challenges through HCM technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer discovery sessions to understand processes, challenges, and goals
  • Deliver outcome-driven narratives linking solutions to measurable workforce improvements
  • Design and present tailored demonstrations that reflect customer priorities and industry workflows
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or advisory services within HCM/SaaS
  • Demonstrated success in leading customer-facing workshops and strategic conversations
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • D2W (Demo2Win) and SNP (Smart Nice People) certifications desired
  • HCM-related certifications (e.g., SHRM, PMP, CPP) are a plus
