Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Advisor/Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Accurately forecast changes in customer revenue and lead customer meetings
  • Proactively manage evolving customer expectations and maintain adherence to Service Level Agreements

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role in healthcare revenue cycle technology
  • Experience as key point of contact for customer accounts providing account analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with the ability to leverage data for insights
  • BS/BA degree or coursework in Healthcare Management/Analytics
  • 2+ years of professional experience in customer success, account management, or data analytics
