Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Analyst to deliver accurate reporting and operational outputs for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of daily, weekly, and month-end customer reporting
• Maintain and support core solution components and troubleshoot issues
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Access
• Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and analysis
• Experience supporting SaaS or data-driven operational solutions
• Familiarity with financial operations or month-end close processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
