Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the delivery of accurate and timely reporting, the full-time Solutions Analyst will manage daily, weekly, and month-end customer outputs while maintaining core solution components and analyzing complex datasets in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer reporting, including daily, weekly, and month-end outputs
• Maintain and troubleshoot core solution components, such as General Ledger coding and order matching logic
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and enhance efficiency and scalability

Required qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Experience in SaaS or data-driven operational environments
• Familiarity with logistics, freight audit/pay, or financial operations
• Exposure to month-end processes, accruals, or financial reporting logic
