Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

To bridge business strategy and technical delivery, the full-time Solutions Analyst will document and validate business requirements, conduct process assessments, and collaborate with product management to shape product roadmaps, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for R&D teams
• Conduct current-state assessments of business processes and design future-state processes that align with business architecture standards
• Partner with product management to prioritize features and draft product briefs, ensuring alignment with client needs and market signals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information systems, industrial engineering, or a related discipline
• Three or more years of professional experience in business analysis, solution analysis, systems analysis, or product management
• Demonstrated experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders and translating them into actionable artifacts
• Proficiency in process modeling tools and familiarity with BPMN or equivalent notation
• Experience working in agile or scrum environments, including familiarity with backlog management tools
