Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to design technical systems that support marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to develop Technology and Systems Blueprints for technical requirements and integration plans
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and marketing stakeholders to ensure solutions fit within the broader enterprise architecture and governance
• Act as a technical advisor to client executives, managing expectations and assessing the impact of changes in marketing strategies on project timelines and costs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture or technical consulting, focusing on CRM, Loyalty, or Commerce transformations
• Deep understanding of Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and headless commerce solutions
• Expertise in Data Modeling, API Design (REST/GraphQL), and Systems Integration
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and negotiate technical timelines
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and Zero-Party Data environments
