Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support the adoption of AI-native software development, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will work closely with engineering teams at strategic enterprise accounts to configure environments, design workflows, and drive integration of Cursor into production settings.

Key responsibilities

• Roll out Cursor across engineering organizations, ensuring fast time-to-value and durable adoption
• Build relationships with developers and engineering leadership while advising on developer productivity and AI adoption strategy
• Translate customer adoption into measurable engineering outcomes and help operationalize AI-assisted development at scale

Required qualifications

• Strong technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or developer tooling
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
• Deep understanding of developer workflows, SDLC tooling, and CI/CD systems
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• High ownership and strong execution skills in fast-moving environments with ambiguity
