Job Summary
Passionate about education technology, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will engage with customers to understand their technical challenges and business goals, while designing and presenting technical solutions that integrate with D2L products to drive sales success.
Key responsibilities
- Partnering with Solutions Engineers to scope complex technical requirements and present solutions for sales opportunities
- Engaging with customers to assess their integration needs and provide tailored technical solutions
- Designing and documenting solutions related to technical integrations, security, and data exchange
Required qualifications
- Experience in education technology, particularly with Learning Management System (LMS) administration and integration
- Proven background in a technical sales, consulting, or client-facing role
- Familiarity with enterprise software sales processes and technical requirements interpretation
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, including authentication, data exchange, and third-party tool integration
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
