Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solutions Architect will manage pre-sale technical activities, engage with prospects and customers, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings in the AI and cybersecurity space.
Key responsibilities
- Own all pre-sale technical activities from discovery through proof of value completion and close
- Collaborate with the sales team to close new business opportunities and support existing customers
- Act as the voice of the customer by translating technical requirements into actionable product feedback
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in solutions engineering or presales engineering within the enterprise security sector
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and understanding of their application in enterprise environments
- Experience deploying and managing software in enterprise settings, including MDM solutions
- Strong scripting skills in Python, shell, PowerShell, or similar languages
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple concurrent engagements
