Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect- SaaS Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the product and technical point of contact during pre and post-sales activities and early customer onboarding
• Lead discovery conversations to understand business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions
• Design scalable architectures using the platform's configuration tools, APIs, and integrations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Implementation Architect, or similar role with experience in the RCM industry
• Experience with SaaS platforms, specifically workflow solutions with various degrees of configuration
• Strong understanding of business process design, workflow automation, or system integration
• Comfort working with APIs, data models, and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, customer-first environment
