Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define the purpose, scope, and implementation of solutions
• Ensure alignment of loyalty and rewards programs with business objectives
• Collaborate with product managers, business teams, and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in solution architecture and technical design
• Understanding of loyalty platforms and their integration with other systems
• Experience with data management related to loyalty programs
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Customer Data Platform, and Salesforce
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is preferred
