Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver architectures based on customer needs
• Perform customer onboarding and periodic reviews while proactively addressing potential issues
• Enhance technical assistance and update product documentation to improve customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect
• Minimum of 2 years of technical sales experience
• Hands-on experience with enterprise engineers and understanding of their needs
• Deep knowledge of Linux operating systems and system administration
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
