Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to provide technical guidance and support to customers using their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to launch new customers and drive product adoption
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to build and maintain strategic relationships with multiple customers
• Provide technical guidance and create implementation plans to help customers successfully launch and grow

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in web development or visual development, particularly with Webflow
• Basic understanding of front-end web development concepts and tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing priorities
• Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn about emerging technologies
