Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to solutions
Build customer Proof of Concepts to demonstrate the business value of the platform
Act as a liaison between customers and product teams, gathering feedback to enhance products

Required Qualifications

5+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect experience
2+ years architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM solutions
Passion for Generative AI and understanding of its technologies
Experience with Python and Jupyter Notebooks
Preferred: Experience managing Kubernetes clusters
