Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to deliver technical excellence and strategic guidance to customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end TRM solutions for clients, including customization and integration of the platform
• Act as the technical consultant during discovery calls, documenting requirements and guiding solution design
• Develop and maintain resources for client integrations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in pre-and post-sales roles, such as Senior Solutions Architect or Senior Sales Engineer
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API-based SaaS products
• Proficiency in scripting languages for building proofs of concept or prototype APIs (e.g., Python, Javascript)
• High initiative and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
• Bonus: Previous experience in AI development is preferred
