Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to lead technical implementations and optimize integrations for strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and integration for complex customers, managing APIs and data flows
• Act as a technical advisor to Customer Success Managers, assisting with product adoption and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design repeatable onboarding processes and improve internal documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering or technical implementation roles with client-facing experience
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, SQL, and server-side scripting (e.g., Python, Node.js)
• Familiarity with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Redux)
• Experience with debugging tools and understanding of cloud environments and networking concepts
• Proven success in collaborating with Customer Success teams and understanding the ecommerce ecosystem
