Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Solution Architect- Digital and Technology Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement organization-wide information systems and technologies
• Oversee a team responsible for application design, development, testing, and support
• Drive innovation and establish departmental policies to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Systems; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of experience in building user-adopted solutions, including three solutions for over 10K users
• 5+ years of experience in workforce management and productivity solutions
• 5 years of progressive information systems management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience in developing SaaS solutions and stakeholder management
