Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a financial expert for Residential and Commercial Real Estate Clients, demonstrating product capabilities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business challenges and providing solutions
• Facilitate training and workshops to enhance client understanding and adoption of products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Finance, or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as consulting or project-related activities
• Strong knowledge of real estate software or enterprise SaaS solutions
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and support ticketing systems
