Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their professional services team.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and leverage Gainsight products to create solutions for customers
Serve as a technical strategist to enhance client adoption and expansion
Lead discovery sessions and design tailored Gainsight solutions based on client goals

Required Qualifications

3 to 6 years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS implementation
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data integration tools
Strong understanding of Customer Success principles
Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously
