Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments, including enterprise integration patterns and CI/CD pipelines
• Develop multi-agent systems, implement agent logic, and optimize prompts using modern frameworks
• Lead technical maturity assessments and engage directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and provide recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect
• 3+ years of experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm), and CI/CD pipelines
• 1+ years of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents with strong knowledge of LLM frameworks
• Experience conducting technical assessments or infrastructure audits with enterprise customers
