Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Lead to partner with healthcare customers and lead technical delivery across implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical engagements for healthcare customers across onboarding, implementation, go-live, ongoing support, and expansion
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues, leading troubleshooting efforts and coordinating with internal teams
- Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and reference materials to enable customer self-service and reduce repeated escalations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role; software engineering background is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills across APIs, integrations, data flows, and system configuration
- Proficiency with SQL for investigation and validation
- High ownership and sound judgment, managing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with healthcare customers or healthcare-adjacent workflows is a plus
