Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPA Solutions and Services Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive end-to-end solution architecture for health plans administered through TPA platform
• Assess current operations by mapping and evaluating existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Create a future-state vision by designing integrated architecture that unifies workflows across various operational teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, TPA operations, product, systems architecture, or related fields
• Experience in mapping complex processes and building end-to-end workflow designs
• Proven success in influencing without authority in a matrixed environment
• Strong analytical skills for identifying fragmentation and optimization opportunities in TPA systems
• User experience focus with a commitment to keeping the end user perspective central to solution designs
