• Understanding of business workflows, automation, and data, with no explicit AI development experience required
• Experience in helping customers adopt complex solutions with a track record of successful outcomes
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of AI and experience in remote teams are advantageous
