• Proven experience in a professional services or consulting role within the tech industry, focusing on business process automation
• Understanding of business workflows, automation, and data, with no explicit experience in AI application development required
• Experience in successfully adopting complex solutions with a track record of high-quality outcomes
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• A strong understanding of AI and experience working in fully remote teams is a plus
