Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect APAC.

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer implementations from technical discovery to production deployment
Troubleshoot client technical issues and provide support for platform integrations
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions

Required Qualifications

4+ years of technical experience in system integrations (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, Implementation Specialist)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, and/or other programming languages
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in Mandarin
