Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to guide customers from signed contract to live and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted solutions consultant, driving fast, successful customer implementations and adoption
• Design and deliver post-sales solutions that accelerate time to value
• Create playbooks and implementation guides to speed onboarding and drive usage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical project management, or support engineering
• Proven hands-on experience designing, using, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations
• Fluent in APIs, SDKs, and modern tooling
• Working knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology and digital assets
