Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and educate prospects and customers on AI Workers to support and transform their business
• Lead the implementation and execution of services for seamless adoption of AI Workers into customer business processes
• Consult with customers to design and implement tailored AI-driven solutions, serving as the primary technical contact post-sales

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a professional services or consulting role within the tech industry, preferably in business process automation
• No explicit experience in AI application development is required, but understanding of business workflows and automation is essential
• Experience in successfully adopting complex solutions with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• A strong understanding of AI and the wider AI ecosystem is a plus
