Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Act as the technical architect for enterprise application support across OMS and Oracle
Lead production support architecture, including incident resolution and permanent fixes
Partner with development, infrastructure, integration, and business teams to resolve complex issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is required
8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and support
3 years of experience in network or systems design is required; 5 years preferred
3 years of experience with ERP systems is required; 5 years preferred
Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency of major operating systems is required
