Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect who will design and communicate scalable solutions across social impact technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in technical discovery to understand customer requirements and design end-to-end solutions
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and address technical objections confidently
• Partner with Sales to shape deal strategy and support RFP responses with accurate technical narratives

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in solutions architecture or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Experience supporting SaaS sales cycles in nonprofit, public sector, healthcare, education, or CSR contexts
• Strong understanding of configurable platforms, data models, workflows, and integrations
• Proven ability to lead discovery, design solutions, and present to external stakeholders
• Comfort working in ambiguity and navigating evolving product and customer needs
