Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery and solution design efforts across varied technical and business scenarios
• Design, develop, and support scalable, high-performance solutions within SQL Server environments
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading or contributing to the design and delivery of technical solutions
• 10+ years of hands-on experience working with SQL Server and/or other relational database platforms
• Advanced expertise in T-SQL development, query design, and performance tuning
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
• Experience working with large datasets and performing complex data analysis
