Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their Professional Services team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and leverage the Skilljar product to solve customer problems and drive adoption
• Manage customer relationships throughout the implementation process and serve as the primary contact for support issues
• Design and configure solutions based on client-specific goals and best practices while leading project management efforts

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS implementation
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience managing multiple implementations and understanding project management methodologies
• Strong understanding of Customer Education principles and technical concepts related to implementation
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
