Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments and implement Infrastructure as Code practices
• Develop multi-agent systems and optimize agent logic using modern frameworks while guiding deployment and operations
• Engage with enterprise customers to assess technical maturity, understand requirements, and provide tailored recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer
• 3+ years of experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines
• 1+ years of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents with LLM frameworks
• Experience conducting technical assessments or infrastructure audits with enterprise customers
