Solutions Architect
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to assist enterprise customers in their AIOps journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AIOps implementation projects including platform configuration and integration setup
- Contribute to workflow design and create architecture documentation for customers in various IT environments
- Engage with customers to enhance AI readiness and develop reports translating platform data into operational insights
Required Qualifications
- Technical background in IT operations or consulting
- Exposure to AIOps concepts or platforms
- Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem
- Experience with enterprise accounts, preferably Fortune 500
- ITIL certification or equivalent is a plus
