Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between customers and product, managing technical aspects of customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own technical discovery and solution design for school districts and partners
• Translate customer needs into technical architectures and deployment strategies
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to support implementations and ensure quality delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting (SaaS or EdTech preferred)
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, system architecture, and data flows
• Experience with REST APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-based systems
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages for scripting and debugging
• Experience integrating with LMS/SIS platforms is a strong plus
