Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their Professional Services team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and utilize Gainsight products to create solutions for customers
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and design tailored Gainsight solutions
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project success

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS implementation
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data integration tools
• Strong understanding of Customer Success principles and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously
