Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to drive technical solutions and support sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to drive product evaluations and communicate Orb's value
- Assist customers in integrating Orb's product into their workflows for automation and intelligence
- Act as a technical advisor, providing expertise on Orb's products and related business systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Experience in designing and implementing technical solutions for complex business challenges
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) preferred
- Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to build lasting relationships
- Experience in early-stage startups or the billing space is a plus
