Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre/Post Sales Solutions Architect to assist customers in understanding and implementing reliability management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the reliability management platform during customer interactions and webinars
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive technical wins and expand the customer base
• Consult with customers on application resiliency, diagnose gaps, and recommend solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect in a technology company
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes platforms and container runtimes
• Familiarity with observability solutions and load testing tools
• Certification and experience with one or more public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Bonus: Experience in an SRE or DevOps role, and knowledge of modern DevOps tools
