Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to lead technical customer interactions and shape the Solutions Engineering function.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery with prospective customers to align their needs with product offerings
• Design customized solutions and manage the implementation process from kick-off to go-live
• Develop the Solutions Engineering playbook and identify product gaps for roadmap enhancement

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical customer-facing role at a B2B API or infrastructure company
• Proven experience in both pre-sales and post-sales environments
• Strong knowledge of REST/WebSocket APIs and integration debugging
• Experience with complex integrations in fintech or banking sectors
• Background in building processes from the ground up
