Key Responsibilities

Lead customer onboarding and professional services engagements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional work experience, with at least 2 years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or SaaS implementation
Experience with complex data models and mapping business needs to technical needs
SQL expertise or similar relevant programming languages
Deep understanding of APIs, web/mobile SDKs, and related technologies
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a technical field is a plus
