Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive multiple customer migrations or projects simultaneously; act as the technical point of contact for key accounts
• Work closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by understanding business goals and industry trends
• Implement processes defined by leadership; ensure timely resolution of support tickets and customer issues

Required Qualifications

• Combined experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer with client-facing experience
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Strong technical background with expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud systems, security, and integration
• Experience deploying large partner integration projects
• Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack
